In a past life I was an account director at international public relations agency, Lynne Franks PR. I also worked for many years as a public relations and contemporary communications lecturer at University of The Arts, London.
After gaining a degree in filmmaking, I produced and directed short films for global brands and national charities - from quirky and pink Ms Selfridge to Unilever.

I have a degree in scriptwriting and an MA with distinction in Digital Media Art. I worked as part of all-woman collective, Mz.TeK to curate an exhibition of leading women digital artists at London’s Victoria & Albert Museum.
In 2014, I co-produced the award-winning social consultancy, We Coproduce which specialised in the braver coproduction of health and social care, with a sharp focus on mental health. A grass roots organisation and values based we used the arts as a universal language. I coproduced the Guerrilla Guide to Coproduction, The QI and Coproduction Toolkit and a number of arts focussed short films with NHS E&I. During Covid, we coproduced a community radio-station, Radio-gaga, which NHS England described as one of the ‘beneficial changes’ to emerge from the pandemic.
I led We Coproduce as CEO from 2014-2024.
I am an NIHR CLARCH fellow, a millennium award winner and a recipient of a Winston Churchill scholarship. I have spoken internationally at conferences from Australia, New Zealand, India and across the UK and been featured on national TV and radio.
More recently, I completed a 12-month Schumacher College Certificate in Leadership and Facilitation - Co-creating the Emerging Future and I am currently completing a PhD in coproduction and quality improvement in Jonkoping, Sweden.
